Need Not Fret is owned and operated by Kevin L. Howard. NNF deals mostly with theology and pop culture from a conservative evangelical (Reformed) perspective. NNF seeks to approach all of these issues from, hopefully, a cross-centered and Christ-honoring perspective.
NNF aims to encourage people to put their hope in Jesus. Two verses play a special role at NNF and its theme of encouraging people not to worry: "Do not fret because of evildoers, be not envious toward wrongdoers" (Psalm 37:1, NASB), and "Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me" (John 14:1, NASB).
Kevin grew up in the South but has lived all over the U.S., earned a couple of degrees, and served in some interesting positions, including, but not limited to dish washer, typist, factory worker, file clerk, secretary, mail clerk, tele-marketer, security guard, maintenance man...if it's legal, he's done it.
He likes to fish, read, write, hang out with his family, and watch movies. He is a huge fan of John Piper, Don A. Carson, Al Mohler, Wayne Grudem, Justin Taylor, and many others.
He and his wife have two children.
